Buried at James Bridge Cemetery. Inscription reads: "In loving memory of Joseph Yates of Wolverhampton who entered into rest June 18th 1891. Aged 38 Years, 'Until the resurrection morn.'

Also of Merab, wife of the above who died Dec 3rd 1895 aged 42 years.

Also Joseph eldest son of the above who died Dec 26th 1898, aged 21 years.

Joseph married Merab Foster Jnr, daughter of Jonah Foster Jnr and Merab Foster Snr, 17 Apr 1876 in St Lawrence's Church, Darlaston, Staffordshire. (Merab Foster Jnr was born 20 Mar 1852 in Bilston Street, Darlaston, Staffordshire, christened 23 Oct 1853 in St Lawrence's Church, Darlaston, Staffordshire, died 3 Dec 1895 in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire and was buried about 5 Dec 1895 in James Bridge Cemetery, Darlaston, Staffordshire.)
